I shoot Gold Tip.
The only one that I ever had explod was one that I shot through the open door of my garage and into a block of lead.

What brand were you using that exploded and how did it happen?

Well I put fault on the arrow brand (terminators)due to their must of been a crack from another shotwhich i did check for.I was not hurt as the arrow shot away from me and I found about 5 inchs of the fraid arrow under my stand.I still shoot them but will allways check them after shooting them.

I shoot super carbon magnums 55-70. They are great arrows and I have never had a problem with one.Three models of Super Carbon arrows are available. The Super Carbon Supremehas.001 straightness (Straightest of the 3).The Super Carbon Magnum has .003 straightness andthe Super Carbon Hunter offers .006 straightness. All of the arrows are availible in these3 diffrent sizes:45/60, 55/70 and 60/75. It is a great arrow especially for the price
