well boys and girls another bad beginning
. My hunt in chester california ended up being a dud. only seen 3 legal bucks in four days and all of them scittish. so write it down: attempt 1-failure.

Failure? What are you talking about? You saw three bucks in 4 days of hunting? I'd call that a GREAT HUNT! I saw 3 bucks all season last year, and I shot two of them. Consider yourself lucky. Try bowhunting public land in Michigan sometime.

I agree, I don't find hunts to be a failure. You went and had experiences, got to hunt, saw bucks, came home safe.....a kill does not make a hunt successful in my book....the experience dictates that.
