Anyone help kick off some bowhunting talk on this forum http://www.thehuntinglife.com/forums, not many avid bowhunters posting...got told to post here maybe you lads can help..

Its a forum with various hunting sports covered from hunting dogs (hounds & terriers), shooting, fishing, falconry, ferreting, and also bowhunting all though were a little short on bowhunting discussion as its mainly you guys who are into it big time, bow hunting is illegal in the UK but were still interested in its various techniques and use in hunting all the same

Waht is their to hunt anyway? I have several freinds in Manchester( I'm a big United fan!), and when I enquired of them, they said that there is precious little wildlife available. I know that there was red stag, wild boar, fox hunting, but according to them rabbits are about the only common prey! Correct me if they are wrong.
