I don't disagree with you at all Farm, I like the Buckshot too. However, I usually use my API and put my Buckshot seat on it.[&:] I've been looking at stands. I do like that Equalizertoo.

I use the Summit Viper. Great climbing stand. Quiet and not real heavy...

No sorry still like my strap on tree stands by API nothing more solid and safe with a stick ladder. Mabey because I'm older but for me I just don't trust them climbers.

Just got a Goliath from Summit, haven't strapped it to a tree yet, but it is a very nice so far! Big sucker too!

My hubby just bought a Goliath too. He hasn't had a chance to put it on a tree yet, be that was what he decided on after much research!
