At 7.5 mil that is a total steal!! My grandpa has 311 acres on Florida, and it's going for 49.8mil!

Who wouldn't spot you a million or so.[&:] Man, I don't know what the lodges are like, but even giving them a good value it's like they're asking $5000 and acre.[&:] I could easily invision more per acre if it were near metropolis, but this is out in boonie land isn't it?
