The price of land is all relative. At $5000 and acre, it's a steal. But then again, it is not going to be for development. David can probably vouch that an acre of land in parts of Howard Co. can go upwards of $1Mil. It's freakin insane around here.
I'll go look in my daughter's Piggy Bank and see what I can come up with.
