Here is one that I created and it seems to work well for me.
Land Use Agreement / Hunting Permission
Landowner[/b] John Doe
Hunter[/b] Billy Bob Hunter
This document serves as a permission slip[/b] and a liability release form[/b] for the above parties listed.
The property to be hunted consists of John Doe’s Farm located in Howard County.
1795 Main Street
Woodstock, MD 21163
By signing this form we, The Hunters listed above agree to:
Use the Landowners property to for the purpose of hunting during the season established and in accordance with the laws, rules, and regulations of the Maryland Department of Natural Resources.
In return for the privilege of hunting on this property, I agree to obey the laws, to observe all safety precautions and practices and will assume all responsibility and liability for my person and my property while on the landowner’s property.
The owner is NOT[/b] liable for any injuries to Hunters listed above while on his land.
Carry a copy of this agreement at all times while on the property.
Respect the property.[/ul]
