Default The WB is off

After much reading (most of it here on huntingnet.com) and intelligent conversation, I have replaced the WB with a Trophy Taker Shakey Hunter. Well, Mostly Rob replaced it as I watched.lol
What a difference for me! I shot a group at forty and had vane contact! The first time ever at this yardage. With the WB I had a hard time doing this at twenty.
I picked up about 5ft/sec. at the same poundage Then increased poundage by five and picked up about 12 ft/sec. total.I now have the lethal setup I have been looking for.
I will be much more confident when the moment of truth arrives!
I am not saying the WB is not a good rest, It just was not what I wanted in terms of accuracy.

I agree with Hardcore the Trophy Taker out performs the WB anyday.
I heard so many BAD reviews about the WB I'm surprized that many shops add the dog gone thing in thier bow package.
All the bow hunters that have talk to tell me that when they got thier new bow with the WB theyended taking the WB off.
You made a real good choice with your Trophy Taker , Its what i have on my bow as well.

I am no longer a wb guy now since i got the quiktune but the onl yreason so many bow packs offer it like that because it is an ABSOLUTLY perfect rest for a beginner. Ther is no chance it can fall off and you can shoot great groups without a properly tuned bow. I think i will stick with the dropaways now though

I myself don't use the WB, but I am a fan of them, especially for younger and new shooters. Glad you like your TT.

Wait a minute!!! You said ROB put that on for you????? And it WORKS????????
