First Shot Counts!
#1
I know the importance of making the first practice shot count but today it wasn't pretty! I shot for the first time today and I was 6 inches to the right at 20yrds![:@]I couldn't believe it. The last time I shot my bow was in Alberta last season when I shot real well at a 3-D target. I made a slight windage adjustment and now I'm back on.
Everything was tight on my sight so I don't think it got banged or anything. Could my vision be to blame? Opinions please.

Well you asked for opinions so here's mine.
I would'vebet $1MIL that it was your form, grip, anchor, or combo of these. I only say this because you said you haven't shot since last season. It's hard to stay consistent when you haven't shot for a few months.
In my own practice sessions, I don't move anything on my bow until I KNOW that I've got my form down to a habit. In fact, if I were in your shoes, I would not have moved anything for 2-3 practice sessions.
I'm no where near an expert, I was giving you what you asked for.
