Yesterday I got to my parents house only to learn about an unwanted guest in my dad's garden. Dad built a fence around it a couple years ago to keep out the rabbits. Apparently a hole had been created and a rabbit got in there yesterday. My dad tried to run it out a couple times but the rabbit would always go and hide in the beans. He told me he was going to take care of it but offered me the deed since I was home. I was more than happy to accept the offer.

I put a judo point on my gold tip and headed out to make the hit. Looked like he was chewing on a cantelope vine or bloom when I sent my arrow on its way. Literally, it took his brains out.

We have all kinds of rabbits in our yard but wait until fall usually and trap or shoot them. The garden was more important in this case.

I remember the one you posted. Did he run after the first hit. I shot one one time w/ a field tip and that joker got away with my arrow. They are tougher than they look sometimes.
