LOST MY HONEY HOLE !!!
Just wanted to vent. I just found out today that my little private honey of a hunting spot has been sold........97 acres sold for just under 2 million dollars....
2 million dollars why couldnt the guy go out west or something.... 2million would buy more land out there.....any way there were about six guys who hunted out there and we all got the boot
Now what........it was very close nice for family time etc. I was going to take my son out to the blind this year with me he is 7 now and we could sit and watch deer because it was pretty much a sure thing that he would see deer and stay attentive.......I could explain to him and teach him etc......I know several others have been in this position so I figured I woukd share.....thanks for letting me vent..............

What is that Dave C....come down to texas....??-[8D] Yeah I know I am constantly looking for new places to hunt it never stops. So once again I am off...ut it will be hard to repalce this spot. It was money..

UMMM,, Almost 2 million for 97 acres? Are you sure? It better have come with an oil well/rig and a gold mine, along with an unlimited supply of P/Y bucks.. My god.. You could buy Two SECTIONS of land for that up here.. christ.......640+640 equals 2 Square Miles...1280 acres...

The exact figure is 1.9 million dollars.purchased by a construction company.that was in the local paper. it was not a misprint. I could not beleive it myself.
