So 5'er, out of all you years of testing what mechanical has easy repacement blades and carry a good score on your many tests or are most heads offering replacement blades? Never looked into mechanicals but if I were to, replacement blades would weigh heavy so as not to have to buy all new heads.

Replacement blades and mechanicals go hand in hand. Most are a pain to replace, what with those small set screws etc. Some of the sharpest are Rocky and NAP mechanicals, and some of the strongest blades are on the Vortex line of heads. Right off the top of my head though I can't think of any that are "easy" though.

inner-loc and fuse have a great replacement blade system with the clip-loc you push the pin out change the blade and push it back in. By far the best I have seen so far.
