Default Trophy ridge pendulum

i have a trophy ridge mantis v-drive guide series sight. it is a single pin with a knob that moves the sight up and down i think the system is called v-drive, and it has a knob that can be loosened to make it a pendulum sight. i was wondering what yardage mark i should use to use it as a pendulum.

Gobbler... i guess it depends on your bow speed...the pic below is my shot goups at 20 and 30...guess i don't need a pendulum to begin with!
