Turtleshell-smaller ones get smoked. The rest go to one of the farmers that let me hunt his land and go into the manure spreader. Makes great fertilizer.

Cool I was just curious, I had read that some people eat them. How do they taste? I have been looking for a cheap bow to pick up so I can get into bow fishin', not too many carp around my parts that I know of but plenty of gar and bowfin
