New improved Crimson Talon broadhead tests

RE: New improved Crimson Talon broadhead tests
yet another great review. thanks 5shot. i been kinda wondering how them heads and the whole spiral design would work. cant wait to hear how they work on game. sounds like a good design but i was thinking maybe the spiral design would slow them down too much inside of game and not give pass throughs or maybe not good enough penetration. but then again i dont know how much they spin, and dont really know how that will effect the penetration but i bet that would create a pretty devistating wound channel. im not sure that they are legal to use here in PA. there is something in the book saying the blades must be in the same plane or something.

Geez, how close in general design do they look to the Muzzy MX4 in the picture beneath?[:-]Same colors, similar length and tip length shape and size.
Glad to hear they improved on the Talon, I was beginning to think of it in the same breath as the ol' Punchcutter andBloodtrailer heads.[:'(]

I can't remember what show it is was on, but they use the Crimson Raptor mechanicals and have some pretty amazing blood trails. They have used the Crimson Talons as well with similar results. As Lone Wolf said...they do have pretty colors and a real fancy logo...which is always a plus.
