I'd go for the antelope just so I could get out of these awful thick forests of the Northwest and experience something different.

I'd do the antelope 1st. Save up for alaska and do it up right.

I say Blacktail as well. The terrain they inhabit is so unique that I think it woulkd be awesome just to see it, let alone take one of those animals in it. Temperate rain forest is quite a neat thing to see.

No need for a guide for blacktail ($85 license, $150 tag). It's a spot and stalk hunt on the mountain tops in Aug. or hunting the lower regions after the grass dies down in Oct./Nov. peak rut is about Nov. 10th. It's not uncommon to see over a dozen bucks a day in most places and sometimes over 30 bucks a day if you happen to be in the right spot. It's by far the most fun bowhunting ever! (Next to mt. goats; which you do need a guide for.)
