Default Well I did it

Hoytgirl and I finished our route early today and jumped on the Harley and went down to Sportsman's Whse. I wanted to shoot the Allegience since I had already shot the Tribute and some of you had said you liked the Allegience better. Well, I ordered the Tribute; the only one they had was their demo and actually I didn't have to order it as they already had it on order. I went with the 60# bow for my lighter bow setup and I will have my 70# Trykon as my heavier bow setup. I feel that we are starting to travel more and plan more hunts that we should get each of us another bow. The Tribute really impressed me; couldn't tell an ounce of difference actually between the Allegience and the Tribute. We thought that maybe the Tribute was a little more quiet but who knows; both are top notch bows. TheTribute was I believe2 1/2''shorter axle to axle being 31 1/2'' where the Allegience was 34''. I believe it is a more parallel limb design than the Allegience as well. Anyway I am a Bowtech man now too. I just changed my signature. THERE WAS NO WAY IN HELL I WAS GOING TO BUY A MATHEWS.

Congratulations! As you may know, I made the switch from a Trykon to Tribute and absolutely love it. When it gets here let us know which one is your favorite.

Both of these bows appeared to have the same camo pattern.

hardcore, your thoughts mirror mine on the two bows. I've got both the Allegiance and the Tribute, and can't tell that much difference between the two. I seem to usually pick up the Allegiance just because the extra fps I get with it is appealing; like you said, both are top-notch and it's a tough choice between them.

You're right, too: the Tribute is a touch shorter a-to-a, because its limb pockets establish a more sweeping, parallel design. More forgiving in principle too, as it carries a 1/2" taller brace height.

Congrats on your newest purchase!

Congrats! But now you're surely addicted to Bowtech and will require therapy!
