To all y'all Mathews shooters: Which used Mathews should I get? I've narrowed the field down to Q2xl, Icon, or Legacy. I know I should shoot them first and see which one fits best, but since I can't find these bows new, please give ytour advice.

I shot a leagacy for 2 or 3 years and I loved it!

What are you going to use the bow for?

Ive shot my legacy since they came out, and nothing new has come out to make me want to sell it. The Q2XL would be my second choice. Shoot them all and then decide which you like the best. The Icon was not one of my favorites because of the soft cam design, it seems to have more give on the wall. But, you may like that.

To me there is no choice Its got to be the Legacy. I've shot the newer bows but my Legacy is just as good if not better in my opinion.If I could'nt for some reason keep mine I would go with the Mathews LX

I shoot an Older Ultra Max. I love it but don't think you will find too many used. Have had folks tell me it is a lot quieter then some of their new ones...... but I am thinking any Mathews will be a good bow. I would look for feel, how they draw, do you like the way they shoot, have some one stand back and listen to see if it makes noise. Just shoot all three if you can, weigh them against each other. Kinda of like a movie, I say it is good and you find you don't like it or vice versa. Say it is same here, unless someone has had all three what they think is better might not be to your liking so go with what you like! [8D]
