I don't know if i would say i killed many deer with a bow just 10. But anyway the majority have been between 15-20 yards with the furthest being 32 yards.

I've only taken one at about 7-8 yards. Hopefully I'll have more in the fall to give you an average.

I havent taken that many, but I am consistant with the general trend... my farthest was 31, the average would be 15-20, and my closest was at 15 feet...but I am prepared to shoot out to 40 yds or so depending on conditions. There is a large difference in 'averages' however depending on what type of terrain you are hunting.

15 - 20 yards avg. I practice out to 45 but 30 is my max on a live animal.
