Wow!!! Your son earned that buck. I'm sure that's one neither of you will soon forget. Congrats to the both of you. Let's see some pics of the combatants.<img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>

scanned pictures to put on a computer. I'll figure
it out and hopefully will have some very interesting
pics in the next week or two.
By the way, we are getting the deer mounted, (with the saftey
belt around its horns.

What an incredible story! I always touch the tip of an arrow to the OPEN eye. If it blinks, it ain't quite dead yet!

Today's small bucks are tomorrow's trophies.

Glad to hear your son is o.k. Sone lessons we learn the hard way, it's my bet he wont have any trouble staying put the next time. And it sounds as though he's ready for a next time.

oh man that is one for the books. i gotta copy it and send it to a couple of my huntin buddies. I would ve loved to see that. honestly I am glad he is not hurt but i would ve been laughing way too hard to help them out. maybe with my kids i couldve kept my composure. but id feel sorry for my buddys because id have left them to go back to the truck and get a camera.
thanks for sharing that one and tell your son congrats he'll never forget that one.
