Default 30yards at a redsquirrel...

I put my son to bed two to three times a week. while in his room I can here something tearing up the inside of the wall. My wife claims its the "red squirrel".
So one day I'm in the front yard and watch this little bugger go in through a gap in between the siding and the brick. next thing you know I can here it from inside the room. Long store shortI sitting eating breakfast and can hear this thing going nuts out side chirpping away..about 30 yards outside my back door of the dining room. so I grab my bow which has been waiting for this moment for a long time. draw back thinking man thats a small target as I can barley see it through my peep and around my sight..RELEASE.......Direct hit!!!!! Problem solved haven't heard anything since that day...man was I happy...just wanted to share my excitement with you guys and girls.

Nice shooting!

Don't forget to plug the hole!

[:-] Ahhh....you don't think there were babies in the wall or attic or something do you?

First off nice shot, I've knocked down a few in my day, I can't stand em, but I don't think any have been 30yds out.

You're going to want to get in there and get the nest out of the wall or if there were little ones you'll have a stinking mess in the heat of summer.

If it is a pest you can shoot it!

Impressive. That would probably fall under pest control like deerhunter 18 said.

Hmmm... Now who would he be talking about?

What an introduction to HNI, huh?

Congratulations on a fine shot!
