One pin here as well, always have back to the Bear Kodiak Mag Recurve to my set today. I have also gotten my son used to using the one pin setup. This year he switched over to a hunting class bow vs the junior compound for training and asked that it be setup with one pin.

One pin here also. I set it for 25 yards and like you know how to aim out to 30 without doing anything. I have just started using the moveable pin sight, but things have to be perfect for me to shoot over 35 yards.

Yes one pin for me set at 20 yards shoot out to 30.

One pin too, good to thirty yards. The stands I hunt from are in such heavy cover that there are few lanes for even a twenty yard shot. But then if it were more open I know I wouldn't see the number of bucks that travel the thick stuff.

I currently have a 3 pin setup at 20, 30, and 40 yrds. But like bogobble asked, my pins are very close together and the site picture does become somewhat confusing. I have been thinking about switching to a 1 pin setup at 20 yrds. Sure does seem like it would be simpler and less confusing.

I switched to one pin this year and found an immediate improvement, both in getting on target and my groups, my pin is for 20 and I feel comfortable on a deer out to 25.

I shoot 3 pins. I don't try to center a pin in the peep, I center the round pin guard in the peep and put the appropriate pin on target and let fly. It really isn't that confusing if you practice long enough...about 25 years for me. BTW, I seem to use one pin, my 20 yarder 98% of the time.

I really like the Cobra Easy Slide sights. One pin, adjustable, great for practicing and hunting. IMO

I use only one pin myself, and certainly would reccomend everybody give it a try. I have an adjustable pin, but never adjust it. I shoot 1 inch high at 20 yds and dead on at 25 yds. And for 10 yds not to much of a difference either. Almost 95 % of my deer taken with a bow were under 25yds. I feel very confident in my setup and plan on keeping it that way. Almost all of my hunting is done out of a treestand and a shot over 25 yds never really occurs. Usually to thick to see a past 25 yds or just to many limbs obscurring my shot. As long as I continue to shoot 25yds or less I know my recovery rate will be a 100% as it has been for the past 15 years.
