I prefer yellow lol. What end are you talking and what was the reason...I would guess visibility. Mine is for that plus looks, plus no one else has a crest like mine! Just another way to add something to the sport.

I've heard of it... I personally use white nocks on my arrows. For me I seem to see the arrow fly better. I also use one white vane on the arrow in order to see the color of the blood better(dark, bright, bubbley, whatever). My pro suggested this about 6 years ago and I've been doing it since.

I dip the ends of all my arrows white, then use two white vanes and one red. It just helps you see them better and makes them easier to find after being shot. White seems to be the most visible for me.

I too have my arrows dipped in white. I shoot Gold Tip carbons and they are black. I find the white dip to make them easier to see after the shot as well as easier for the camera to see when videoing our hunts.
