Well it's been awhile since I payed a visit to the forums....usually I come back in August/September and start gearing up for the bow contest and to look at all the great trail cam pic's.

But I started looking around and thought it maybe time for a new bow....the High Country has taken down many deer, and various other animals(squirrels and groundhogs)....but maybe it's time for a bow to hang on the wall with the old Brute Force.

So what's new out and what is everyone switching to this year???

Currently the High Country is set up like:

High Country Brute Force
32" Axle to Axle
70lb 29" Draw
Cobra 5 pin Sights(20-30-40-50-60)
Bodoodle Overdraw
StrikeForce Stabilizer 12"
Kwikee 3 Quiver
Martin Speed Lizard w/ Sims all over....


So what can I do to get a similar set up.....pretty quick - quiet - smooth...short....hunting only bow that's good from a treestand....

Ross is making some noise this year. Also keep an eye out for Elite. Take a look at the new Hoyt Trykon. Very nice indeed. Or the UltraTec.
