This is how I relieve stress after work when the need arises. Fortunatly for my shooting skills the need arises often. This was at 30yds and is pretty typical. My backyard only allows 20 and 30yd shots. What do you do to relieve stress and relax?
For those of you that want to give me a hard time for all the holes out of the paint I'll have you know my very green nephew uses this target also.

I have a whole backyard setup like yours and my wife and I shoot daily. We love it. We play a game called BOW where one of us shoots and the other has to do better. BTW..good shootin'.

I do lots of different things. Shooting my bow is definetly one of them. I even back up and shoot from 50 and 60 yards just for fun. I've found that having to focus mentally on a shot like that clears my mind of other things. I also go fishing when things get tough. Of course, beer always helps.....at least temporarily.

That is a great stress reliever though, but if I'm not shooting well it's a stresss creator
