Late season camo?
 
I was wondering if anyone has used Skylines "Horizon" patern camo and what you think of it? It looks like great late season camo so I orderd a set.:)

I've not used it, but I do like the looks of it. Should be good. I'll stick w/ my ASAT.

Any of the more "open" patterns with sticks and limbs and geographic shapes are far superior late-season (and I believe any-season) patterns than some of the more commercially recognizable brands that are designed to look good at arm's length when picked up off the rack in the retail store.

Now... you wanna know how I really feel? ;)[8D]

I have a few shirts & pants of diffrent patterns, they look great .
I like to mix them up with other brands of camo it really helps to break-up & blend-in.

I agree with Greg. Some patterns are designed to make a fashion statement and look good in camp. I made a ghillie suit a few years ago for spot and stalk huntingout west and it works great. I have had elk sniff me and I mean nose to shoulder because they cannot figure out what I am and mulies within 3-4 yards in the wide open, but it never fails that the guys in camp make fun of me for wearing it. Just proves that commercials work on a lot of people I guess.
