Not enough info. What is your draw length and what what weight points do you use? Something in a 400 would most likely work, if you're looking for carbon. I would have to check on aluminum, but I think 2213 would be fine.
There are lots of good arrows out there. Beman, Easton, Gold Tip just to name a few. If you ask me what the best are, I tell you Easton A/C/C.
