Im switching over to Quickspins this week. My buddy has been shooting them and I went over there to check it out. Hes using the new 3 1/4 inch ones and getting 4 inch groups at 50 yards. No drop, no noise, and with the shorter ones they arent bending over after shooting them for awhile.

I was very impressed.............

I was at the shop the other day and I noticed thefletchings on the4 fletch(short Quick Spins) I had made up when I was testing the Full Metal Jackets were all screwed up. Wavy and all wrinkled. I ask Len what happened to them. He explained another customer had come in and shot them quite a while. He had terrible contact with his rest that buggered them up. Len took the heat gun to see how well they recovered. Being patient as not to over heat them, he got them back to looking like brand new vanes. You couldn't tell they had been trashed before. I'm shooting off a Muzzy Zero so fletching contact is never part of the equation.

Yep, mine are wavy and wrinkled on some of mine....not impressed. I'm going to try the blazers.

I tried the quickspins, BUT now that I've gotten rid of them all and have blazers on all my arrows, I will NEVER go back to quick spins!! Blazers are the toughest fletch going, and they do very well with broadheads, and they are way cheaper than quick spins ta boot!!

Good luck with the quick spins, BUT someday you need to try the blazers!

I'm going to get another dozen arrows. I like to have two before the season starts. Maybe I'll have them make up 3 or 4 with the blazers to try out and see how they work, then if they're good I'll get the second dozen that way.

I have a package of the 3 1/8" QuikSpins in my truck that I need to throw on my arrows this weekend and see how they do. I had trouble with the 4" vanes last year so I'm hoping these hold up a little better and are a little less noisier.

We'll see what happens.

One of the upsides of being blown up a couple times. I can't hear the noisy vane, someone has to tell me.[&:] YIKES.

They are nosiy somewhat, but I have heard feathers that are noisy too. I love the quickspins and they have lasted just as long as any other vane. I have not had the wrinkling problems that others have had. One the plus side they group so awesome.

RE: Quick Spins

Feathers are the noisiest of all fletchings IMO.
