The fish cops in NH like to see what you have permission to hunt. I don't know about other States - I think I would leave it on as the only ones going to be looking at it are the F&G.

mature bucks on the property owned by__________.
I ________________ also agree to respect the owner
of this land as well as his property.
I ________________ will in no way unlawfully harvest
and animal other that what I have agreed to hunt.
I ________________ will be reponsible for ANY/ALL
accident(s) on this said property and will in NO WAY
hold the above land owner accountable for any
wrong doings or accidental injuries or death associated
with the granted permission of the land owner.

I ________________fully agree to the above regulations

.308, I like your idea a lot. You may also want to check with State Wildlife Management to see if they have a Land Permission Form. I use a standard form from the NYS DEC to give permission to a few people to hunt on my land.

You wouldn't mind sending me a copy of that form so I could use for my state.
I wouldn't change a thing on it accept for maybe the state.
