T.R. is a fella with great skill and very informitive but he also is going a little too far with the exessive advertising. Mark my words maybe not now but there will many many others who will be arriving here to post this board full of their ads so they might get another sale. It starts with some one like T.R. who with no question has some good information then next thing you know every one and their brother say's gee I could get in some free advertising too. I have seen other outdoor sites go down the tubes due to exessive advertising.

I enjoy his posts. They are worthwhile reading for me. If he is in violation of anything isn't that why we have moderators?

Come on now Grim....Play Nice! Lol. He gave his books a plug...and maybe that was over the line, I leave that to the moderators, But after you lit into him the last time he hasn't mentioned it. I believe he contacted the moderators to see what was out of line so he had a basis. I think he's a straightforward, hard working guy and I'm happy he's on this board giving information. Shouldn't we just take his info for what it's worth? He hasn't been pushing the book since the first post or 2.

Thanks guys,
I'll leave the plugs out, I just used them as a reference point; to show you it was legal to post it here; and to tell you to feel free to copy the posts, 'cause I gave you permission.

I have no problem with T.R.. He's got some good info and was quick to respond to my email questions.

When we think we know everything about hunting we stop learning about it and anyone with good information to share and share with everyone should be welcome. As stated above that is what this site is for.

GOD BLESS

I was unaware I needed anyones permission to copy a post from an open forum such as this. As for TR's posts, I quit reading them the moment I realised he was pluggin his book.

nub you exactly right know one needs prmission to copy any post here and T.R. knows that too he was just plugging his book and now he is trying to act like he didn't know what he was doing and all is innocent. I will be the first to admitt that T.R. has great info but his advertising methods remove any credibility at least for me. Then when the board moderators told him to stop with the book plugs he then took the oppertunity to plug his sponsor or his buddy which even further removed a desire to consider his book.
