Found this shed today. I couldn't match him up to any deer I would recognize until I found these other pics:

Yeah, I thought that too, Rob. Doesn't look like the main beam curles out as much.....but I'm certainly not a DNA expert by any means......

Looks like a different deer to me also. The deer doesn't seem to have the mass of the shed. HOWEVER, it might be his body is so big it makes it look small. They do grow 'em big up there.

"are you sure it's the same buck?".
It is most definitely the same buck. The beam has about 5" chewed off the end; it starts curling inwards just before it is chewed off. The G2 and G3 have both been chewed up as well. I matched the lack of brow tine, blade on the G2 and curling main beam with pictures of the buck you see here:

I really wasn't too concerned with that buck in particular. I had my mind set on this guy, who will also be my focus for this year:
