I just got a Scott Wildcat NCS and it is awesome. I was using the Little Bitty Goose and it was great too. I recommend any Scott release.

The Scott littlegoose is a great one, very reliable and it is lightweight and small enough to fit in your pocket.

I use the Tru-Fire hurricane release. I use it because when I bought my bow that is the one that the shop had and I liked it alot.

I like trying different types of releases like Uncle Ted. But once you change from one to the other it can mess with your setup and anchor points. Tru-fire 3 D hunter or the Tru-fire Judge buckle, andT.R.U. line I like the copperhead and the Titan. There are a bunch out there and they all are good some just work better or you than others.

I used to use a Tru-Fire Magnum release (clipped right on the bow string), but now with my new bow (w/ string loop) I can't use it anymore. The guy at the bow shop recommended Scott releases. I tried both the Scott Mongoose and the Scott Shark and found the Shark to be a little nicer. It is just like a Mongoose but is dual caliper instead of single caliper.

Tru ball pinky extreme.I had a heck of a time with target Panic a number of years ago,I shot pure back tension for a couple of years and then decided to go to the release I use now.I have never lost a shot opportunity because of not being able to pounce on it with an index finger.
It works for me having a shot sequence and back tension have contributed to my enjoyment tremendously.

I use TRU-Ball Grizzly, which was cheep glove style release. Unfortunately they don't seem to be in production any more. I went to Cabelas to pick up a backup and they said they are no more. I guess no one was buying them, but I love the thing. I'll be sad to see the thing go, sooner or later, hopefully later.

I'm looking again for a Backup; going bear hunting in the middle of nowhere in September. I guess the nearest town is over a 100 miles away. So I'm trying to get an emergency kit of archery backup products.
