I just got home from Wal-Mart. Went to get some 410 shells for bunnies tomorrow.

I've been in the marked for a new loc-on stand...but hadn't found what I wanted yet.

Low and behold right there in the aisle at Wal-Mart (Where I never hardly buy hunting stuff) were climbers and hang-on API stands on sale. They were normally $109.99 - but they were on clearance for $50! I bought the API G1 hang on stand. It's all aluminum (12 pounds) and has a big platform, plus a big cushion seat.

It's not exactly what I was looking for...but the price was right, and I'm not one to pass a bargain.

I am lucky to find a tube of Fletch-Tite at my local Wal-Mart.
They did have a 3-D deer target for a while but could not get close enough to it to check out the price.

To be honest with ya, I didn't know that our WM had stands either. I don't normally buy hunting stuff there...just happened to walk by.
