bow hunting turkeys
There seems to be more & more people talking about it, you see a few more on video. I have been evolving thru the sport since 1995, I killed one with a shotgun and it was like fishing' in a barrel!
OnceI got a double bull it was all over, they are the "cat's @ss"!
Find a good mid-morning/afternoon strut zone or dust sites and be patient.
Anyway, I have beenhunting for 10 years & last year wasthe first year I saw another bow hunter.
Is there anybody out there....

RE: bow hunting turkeys
Bagged my first one last year with the bow. 8 1/2" beard, 3/4" and 7/8" spurs. Should have had a few more but missed. Had a blast. Can't wait til season opens in a few weeks. I did my own fan mount.

Agree with Mike.... April 1 starts Turkey hunting in Texas... I can't wait.. I am driving everyone crazy practicing my calls... The only thing I hunt with a gun is an intruder...
