On an average day where ever it is that you normally or often hunt, how many deer would you say that you see while hunting in a day?

(I just added the "while hunting" part just for clarification. Deer on the side of the highway don't count, unless you're in Maine that is

Maybe 2 a week

Depends on where I hunt. West half of state I see about 1-3 a day, east half I can see as many as 20 (mostly all does). Of course it varies day to day.

All day, evening and morning hunts it used to be more than 10, possible more than 25 on average but with PA deer redunctions, I chose 7-10.

depends for me also.....if I am into the woods or on the field line. In the woods 2-10 on the field as many as 40 in the field.

Sitka Blacktails: Some days in August 40-60 with a third being bucks, in late Sept./Oct. some days you're lucky to see a deer and in Nov. maybe about 10 then they yard up in Dec. and you might find a beach with 30-50 on it. It depends heavily on the time of year and what cover they're using.

i chose more than ten but it depends where i am hunting that day i have two stand where i can see about 10 and 1 satnd where i can see about 20 but i have been to all of these spots and not seen any

honestly on average maybe less then one.

4-6 in the mornings and 4-6 in the evenings.

I used to see on average about 7 to 10 per day! That was before PA. Deer Reductions over the past couple of years! This year I seen only 2 deer during the rifle season and I was out every day!!
