But MIKE... at this point I don't think I'd trust the guy to produce if he changed his mind. He's already said "tough". If forced into the hunt he'd probably put you off on a piece of pasture. I'd take him to court if I have something in writing other than the letter that says he can't help you. He definitely at a minimum must refund the deposits.

I'm going to let them know what i think of them. And I would advise everyone on here to do the same. you can't do that kind of crap after you've already reached a decision. It's not fair to the hunter.

YUP, just a low class scum bag. To me your word is your bond. You say it or agree to it, dang it it's your duty to stick to it. Just really low class white trash is all I can say. Idetest thiefs, cheats, and liars. I think this guy qualifies for all 3 titles. May his season be a big pain in the Azz and may he get what he deserves... a blank spot on the calender.

It's weird that he let you book the hunt last November without a deposit. Usually a hunt is not booked until a deposit is recieved.
Too bad though. Sorry to hear about your experience.

Nothing good has ever come from that place. I live only a few miles from them, and all the locals I talk to say the same thing about them, they are low down jerks to most. They are not a local favorite to most. My taxidermist has been screwed out of many prime hunting spots because of them, and is more than displeased. I have been there, and they have more money then they should ever really have... I M H O

as was already said ,even if you got him to change his mind , there is a good chance you would not be happy with the hunt he gives you. try and get your money back and go with someone else or hunt public land
