I practice in my yard shootin only about 20 yrds because of limited space. I try to practice about every day. And when its cold outside I go to my local indoor archery range. In my backyard IU shoot at my 3d deer target mostly, and then just a normal target block.

I can shoot as far as I want in my yard. 110 yds before I hit woods. I have a block, another cheap foam target and 2 3D types. I typically practice 30-50 yds. As hunting season approches is when I set out all the targets at varying ranges. For now I just shoot at the block.

A spot not far from my house by a guy's old barn. We usually just shoot at 2 3D targets and then the Block when the season gets near and we are firing BH's away.

i shoot in the drive way because its longer than the back yard ( i live in town in a front to back duplex an am cool with the john q's), in the basement when its cold (shoot tacks at 9 yards) at the local pro shop ranges and local 3 d shops, in the barn at the hunting shack, and my favorite, at my buddies house. we built an elevated platform on a hill. its 15 feet tall and six foot by seven foot. there are five sand piles with corrugated roofs from 10 yds to 45 yds up hill, down hill, and flat. the targets are blocks, foam balls, glendell buck, 3d black bear and a black hole. might add a rihnehart pig and turkey this summer. i would really love to have a pop up target or one on a track as well. did i mention that my buddys dad has a liscensed deer farm with two booner bucks? maybe thats why i like that spot the best i wish i could focus on my school studdies as well as i can on archery/hunting/anything else.

I have a bag target setup at the back of my yard and markers at 20-30-40-50.........I can shoot all the way back to 80 or so but usually don't.

I have two 3D deer that I put out when the weather is nice and I have a Yellow Jacket broadhead target that I beat the snot out of with broadheads for months at a time.

I have a 15 foot ladder stand in a tree in my yard that I shoot from a lot. I like to practice like I hunt........in a tree, with broadheads, hunting clothes etc. I don't see the point in shooting 20 yard shots at a bag all day from the ground wearing a T-shirt and using fieldtips........that situation has NEVER happened to me in the woods so I would rather practice a more realistic way.
