OK...as some of you may or may not know my wife and I just found out we're having our second child. Also, this Oct (21st to 29th) I am sheduled to go to Colorado elk hunting. This was all good and dandy until we realized the due date is Oct 28th !!! Of course I am NOT going to Colorado because I would never in a million years miss the birth of my child, but my question is this. Are there any other ideas people may have for a hunting trip in Sept or Nov.? I have roughly $3000 saved to go (it was going to be a DIY hunt). I live in Pa and was possibly looking at something in Ill but I don't know what I'll find for that price. I also don't know a thing about hunting Ill as in what outfitter or if there would even be any openings left for this year. I'm open to ANY suggestions someone may have.
