1st off are you saying you want to view it from home while it's still in the field, like real time? If so then you ain't gonna touch that for $200.
For a good digital cam for under $200 look at the Moultrie Game Spy 200. Thay can be picked ups for like $150. Then get you a 6v rechargeable battery, solar panel and 512MB SD card and you will be very clos to the $200 mark. If you're that afar away you may want to get 2 cards so you can swap them out and look at them at home and put the fresh card in each time.

The new Wildview II 2.0 MP has gotten some pretty rave reviews...
Some say it is better than the Moultrie 1.3, and it is the same price with more megapixels.
I am going to put mine out today over the compost heap, just to test it out and to see what is digging around in there. Ill let you know how it turns out.
http://www.chasingame.com/forum/index.php is the best place to get reviews though.......

Bass Pro has a 35mm on clearance for $100. I have one set out and it works well. I've been using it since October and it's taken lots of pictures. Good quality. One thing I have learned.....the flash spooks the deer. There is no question in my mind about that. I am looking into getting one that doesn't require a flash.
The one on clearance is the Non Typical Vision. It's pretty decent.

I have the moultree 200 and so far have no gripes other than the way in whitch it hooks to the tree. paid around $165.00 The flashhas a disable option if desired. also have the wildview whitch i paid $99.00 for. takes great daytime pics but the night time pics are lacking unless the deer are right on top of it (15 ft flash distance)
