yeah thats funny, i kinda figured that this would be a repeat post, especially since i had not recieved it from a credible source (old mans friend). But seriously, so the deer manages to escape the river, all right and fine, but does it live through the next night being soaking wet and exhausted from the struggle and then bedding down in subzero temps?

As long as he wasn't in the river too long he should be OK. He can just shake off a few times and get the excess water off of his coat.

Xtec is corect. I read it in Outdoor news myself. This was over by rush city i believe. It was not in Alberta!
