What's your favorite bow case?
#1
Let me know guys, what's your favorite case? What makes it so?
I'm not really looking for airline-proof or anything like that, I just need a very nice case that'll hold a couple bows I can throw in the back of the Grand Cherokee with me...

I've found that the best bow case for the money is no case at all. I've never used a case and I've always been fine. I usually just set my bow on top of the clothes I bring with hunting and it'll be fine.

I to am looking for a nice 2 bow case. I travel alot to camp that is a little over 2 hours away and I like to take two bows with me, but hate toting 2 cases.
Here is one I am considering. Although I am not sold on the shells material and "waterproof coating". I want to know if it is 100% waterproof or not. The description is rather vague.

SKB Deluxe Bow Case - Camo
Each of these soft-sided cases is wide enough to leave your quiver attached for storage and transport. They sport a heavy-duty 600-denier fabric with waterproof coating to take abuse. And these cases also have accessory storage pockets, four interior D-ring attachment points, a padded main storage area and an arrow box storage area.
Dimensions: 44" x 17" x 8-1/2".
Camo Pattern: Realtree Hardwoods Grey® HD™.

Thanks, buckeye! That's exactly the kind of info I'm looking for... I was afraid I was gonna have to start PM'ing a bunch of people to get someone on here to respond!

I know some parallel limb bows won't fit inside the hard shell SKB's, you think I would have a better chance of fitting my Trykon into a soft SKB dual bow case, or even the Primos soft side dual bow case?
Just something else to think about if you have one of those new, fancy, talk of thetownparallel limb bows.

Greg,
I think that SKB makes the Primos soft cases....
Here is a plano plastic hard case below, I just don't think I carefor the way it is setup. It seems rather cramped inside. Plus I am not sure how well the BowTechs will fit inside. It says it is designed for parallel limb designs though?
A big bonus of this over the SKB to me is that it is 100% waterproof as long as it is not submerged. To me this may be a deciding factor. The waterproofing is a major concern of mine.
