(sorry that they are so big...I don't know how to reduce them)
Yep, you should definitely hunt in the rain! Last night my buddy (Venison4all) and I came in @ dark, grabbed a pizza and some cold ones; I was wining like a school-girl about the 4pt that I couldn't get a shot off on, and then it happens: A Knock at the door. His neighbor, a great but humble bowhunter, in a very "matter-o-fact" kind of way says that we may want to come see the buck he just got. We go outside, and needless to say- this buck was a freakn' MONSTER...at least here in NJ! I know that you guys in the mid-west, Southern states, etc can get some big deer, but in NJ -- This thing was huge! 16 1/2" across (inside) at the 1st tines. Weighed in @ 216lbs dressed! Pic's are pending...I cant wait to share them with you guys.

NJ-Bow, I also live/hunt in NJ and know what you mean.
He's a Bruiser. It's good to see an animal that size in NJ.
I saw one on my property last year during thr rut just out of bow range. Hoping to see him again some time!
Good Post!!!
