You got to be kidding..... RIGHT???? NO ONE trust someone on line with $7,000 without some sort of procedure to insure it's a legitimate deal. HECK, I wouldn't trust him to hand me a check face to face. I'd walk to the bank with him and make him cash it or I'd want a guaranteed check or something. In your case, it should have been paypal or upon delivery or something. All those old "Truthisms" have a way of coming back don't they... "one born every minute"......
