Just curious what everyone Here thinks. Imagine if these show had to disclose whether their hunts werefair chase or under high fence?? And if they were high fences, what if they had to disclose the acreage and deer density of the area they were hunting??
What if there were a caption at the beginning of every hunt that read something like
"Mark Drury Missouri fair chase bowhunt, November 2005"
OR " Keith Warren Ohio fenced hunt, 80 acres, crossbow, September 2004"
How do you think that would impact the Hunting TV and advertising industry????
DISCLAIMER: I made these scenarios up out of thin air just to illustrate my point and am not making accusations or insinuations about any particular program or its practices. Any similarity between these programs and my hypothetical scenarios is purely coincidental...

If you see something that you think is questionable, drop a line to the shows web page and voice your concerns. I was watching a show early this spring where first the hunter shoots at a buck in brush and afterwords admitted this was not the deer he thought it was. Then his camera man shoots at a nice buck running in the brush. What kind of crap is this? Looked like jungle rules on this hunt. Don't worry about sefety, just get something on film so we can go home. I sent my opinion to the shows web page and they responded that they did not realize this in filming. Lets see if it happens again!

I saw that same show Sniper. For the most part I only watch Realtree, Drury, and Hunter Speacilties now. They all seem like they are fair chase and are pretty entertaining to watch.

hey buck hunter, give the "north american whitetail show" a look. i feel this show with pat reeves, greg miller, and stan potts is right up there with the ones you mentioned. these 3 are verry informative and seem like good hunters.
