I agree Kevin, but I think the VA boys better watch out. A few years back, somebody did a similar thing in NC with an Xbow and now you have to fill out the 4473 form, andI think pass a background checkto get an Xbow in NC. It's just as if you were buying a rifle or shotgun. If you look in a Cabelas or Basspro catalog you will see that the Xbows can't be shipped to NC.

i heard while i was in va of someone getting shot and read the article someone pasted on the site and on my way back to new york about 5 miles from my house someone else shot someone with a bow that he used for hunting as quoted on the radio. he just shot a guy cause he was looking at him funny....
