HELP! got new bow and need help on what broadheads to use 12 yrs. old new 2 bowhuntn'

Hey i just started using a bow and igot a new buckshot and its set at 35 lbsand iwas wondering if anyone has any sugestions on what kind of broadheads i should use?
If any one has anyone has any sugestions plese write and if anyone has any hunting tips for me let me know a couple of em. Thanx

With you set up, I would recommend a good cut on contact head, specifically, the Magnus Stinger in the 85 gr. model. This is an excellent broadhead and will most certainly do the job. For sure stay away from any mechanical heads, you just aren't producing the kinetic energy required for them.

If you're going to get some broadheads to hunt deer with then make sure to practice with your bow tuned up to at least 40#. I don't know if other states are different, but the states that I've been in all say that in order to hunt big game, your bow has to be set at at least 40#.

Yeah I would try to get up to 40-45 pounds and use a 85grain broadheads. I kill I deer with 45# and I used 125 grain broadheads for some reason

I agree with the comment about learning to shoot first. Broadheads are not going to be needed for at leat six months. During that time you will grow bigger, stronger, and your bow will will need to change to fit you. You'll also change arrows most likely. Of course, learning how to shoot is much more important than broadheads at this point.
