How's everyone doing out in the woods?
I've taken two does, one with my archery tag, and one with a land owner tag. I use Mossy Oak Break-Up Camo, a High Country Brute Force, and Nap Shockwave Mechanical Broadheads.
My hunting partner has taken one doe, with a PSE Nova, Nap Shockwave Mechanical Broadhead, and Mossy Oak Camo.
How is everyone else doing?

I am hunting in Mercer county on my family farm and on Saturday I passed on three does. Monday morning was perfect chilly and a slight breeze. I saw 7 deer from 7:15-10:00am. I passed on 3 does, 1 button buck, 2 spikes and a 4 pointer. This morning I passes on 6 does. I set my standard at least a 6 point or better. It's tough but since I get to hunt every morning of the season I am sure I will get my deer.

My Season has'nt started yet. I'll be up there in Webster County on Thursday. I'm not going to be picky either. Can't afford to. Only 3 days to hunt before I return to NC. Any mature doe will just fine. Can't eat the antlers any ways. Good to Luck to all.
