Good Thoughts and Prayers
#1
My older brother (47) is in MD Anderson in Houston, Texas and tomorrow he will receive his second bone marrow transplant in 16 months. The first one took but the cancer came back. When the doctors decided to try giving him a booster from the first donor, they discovered that she had full blown cancer just 8 months after giving her marrow for the transplant.
He now has a new donor who is a 100% match and hopefully this one doesn't have cancer. His name is Wayne and he has been battling this disease for almost 9 years when he wasn't supposed to live more than 5.
One thing to note, when he is able he still shoots his bow every chance he gets and he consistently hits the bullseye at 50 and 60 yards. (I can't do that healthy)
I know many others are battling similar problems and my prayers and thoughts are with you and your family as well.

Glad to hear he's keeping his strength and desire up. Right Back Atcha Hunttones.
