I took the only buck I've taken ever right around 8am. I voted for less then an hour after day light, but I guess it would be closer to the 1-3 hours after daylight. Oh, well, it was a great day to say the least.

Got mine @11:30a.m. During peak rut for our area Nov. 7th thru 13th. It'd me neat to see the same sort of poll taken on what date everyone got there's. If it was during the rut etc.

I got my buck at 7:55AM slipping through the hardwood's on ther track's of a doe ,he came up the hill grunting at her .I was going to take a shot at her when she lifted her head to look back over her shoulder and when she bolted ,I looked to see what was bothering her to see this 6point coming up the trail grunting ,so I waited for him to get closer and then took him.

Shot My 1st buck at around 7.30am nov 13th at the same time I had 4 smaller bucks chasing 3 doe`s all around me.
Took my 2nd buck nov 19th 8.00am I had beenwatching another buck chase a doe off in the distance, Itook out my grunt call hit it a couple of times about 30 seconds went bywhen I had my second shooter buck of the season come into range.

First buck was on Nov. 5. Got in stand around 7:30 and shot him a couple of minutes after 12:00 noon. The second buck was on Nov. 19( in full rut). Got in stand around 7:30 and shot him at 12 yds @ 5:25pm( had to use binocs to make sure it was a shooter
