anybody have some advice on how i can get a late season kill with my bow on a nice whitetail? I have until January 7th, so about 2 weeks.

Hunt the food sources during mid day. It is tough this time of year.

teejay i agree. i just missed the biggest buck i have seen all season yesterday. he was heading for a very productive oak tree. i think the "second rut" is happening here a little also. but none the less hunting is tough. i set as far away as i can possibly and ethicaly shoot because the deer around here are on "edge" big time. now is when their "sixth sense" really kicks in. good luck
